Terms and Conditions fj99 – Malaysia Platform User Guide

By accessing, registering for, or using any service offered on the fj99 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms and Conditions set out in this document.

You are fully responsible for:

• Ensuring no other party can access your account.

• Updating your account information whenever any changes occur.

Fj99 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. fj99 has never and will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.

All deposits into your fj99 account must be made using a valid payment method in your own name. fj99 does not accept third-party deposits.

Withdrawal Policy:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and may vary by payment method.
• Fj99 reserves the right to request supporting documents for withdrawals that exceed a certain amount.
• Withdrawals flagged for security review may take longer to process.

All transactions on fj99 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion fees apply as all accounts operate entirely in MYR.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each player is eligible for the welcome bonus once only.

Fj99 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including freezing accounts while an investigation is ongoing.

Fj99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to submit requested identity verification documents.
• Requests from legal or regulatory authorities.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion purposes.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, fj99 reserves the right to withhold funds in the account pending investigation and review. Funds confirmed to be clean will be returned via an appropriate method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the fj99 customer support team through the available channels.

The fj99 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, fj99 makes no guarantee that the service will be free from technical disruptions, errors, or system failures.

Fj99 shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses arising from betting decisions made by the player.
• Losses caused by internet connection disruptions on the player's end.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to the player's own negligence in maintaining account security.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond fj99's control (force majeure).

Fj99's maximum liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the total funds in the player's account at the time of the incident. fj99 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses.

Fj99 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via in-platform notifications or by email to the registered address.

If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account. Continued use of the platform after the amendments take effect will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms.
